We accept returns for a refund within 30 days from delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as sale items, earrings (unless defective) and custom pieces.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted/clearance/sale items are final sale.
Items must be in original, unused condition and are subject to a 30% restocking fee if they are not.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is eligible, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please check with your bank, credit card or Paypal to see if your refund has posted. This process usually takes no more than 7 business days after your return is received. If you’ve not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you'd like to exchange.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do refund shipping if the buyer opts for store credit or an exchange.
We offer free returns on exchanges or for those who opt to receive store credit.
