Return Policy

We accept returns for a refund (minus $5 cost of shipping) within 30 days from delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as sale items, earrings and custom pieces.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items are final sale.

Any must be in original, unused condition and is subject to a 30% restocking fee if it is not.


We will offer free returns on exchanges or for those who opt to receive store credit. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If your return is eligible, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late/Missing Refund
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please check with your bank, credit card or Paypal to see if your refund has posted. This process usually takes no more than 7 business days after your return is received. If you’ve not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email with your order number at to let us know what you'd like to exchange.

You will have to cover the shipping costs for returning your item. We wish we could offer free shipping on returns but we're a small business. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do refund shipping if the buyer opts for store credit or an exchange.
