Shipping

We still process our orders as quickly as we always have. Typically, orders placed before 12 PM [PST] will be shipped out from us on the same day. How long it takes to get to you may vary due to the strain on postal and shipping services at the moment. You can typically expect to have your item delivered in 2-5 business days.

We ship worldwide.

Expect your order within 2-5 business days when choosing regular shipping. Priority mail will take 1-3 business days depending on location. International orders typically arrive between 5-14 business days depending on customs and distance.

We are not responsible for customs fees upon arrival.

Returns and exchanges

First, review our return policy below and contact us with your order number. If your order is qualified for a refund, we will send you a free prepaid shipping label for you to adhere to your package.

Yes, we offer free returns. Once you've contacted us, we will issue you a prepaid return label for you to use.

Once your return has been received in eligible condition, we process the refund upon receipt though it may reflect in your account in 1-5 business days depending on your form of payment.

Jewelry

Our jewelry is finished with a tarnish resisting process that ensures that it won't turn on you.

You can get your jewelry wet but we do recommend lightly drying of your pieces after they get wet to ensure that the tarnish resistant protective finish lasts as long as possible. Water isn't necessarily the culprit but like all metals, letting water sit and set on your pieces may compromise the luster of your piece. It's not something to really fret over, but we do advise to dry your pieces off with something soft if you can.

We work closely with our trusted jewelers in these countries that help us produce pieces, ethically and as sustainably as possible. We are involved in every step of the process; from design, material testing and quality control to ensure our pieces are up to our standards and can be backed by our guarantee.

Your pieces are tarnish and water resistant but, jewelry is still delicate and we recommend treating it as such. Try to limit wearing your jewelry during activities that may compromise it. Avoid overexposure to chemicals and should you get your piece wet, no problem, just try to dry it off lightly afterwards. Please store your pieces in the provided Mar + Luna pouch or in a cool dark place when not in use. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out!

Our 18K gold vermeil items have a one year guarantee. We put these pieces through every test to ensure that they are both tarnish and water resistant.

Our gold plated and gold filled items have also been tested for tarnish and water resistance but since these items are not quite as valuable as our gold vermeil pieces, we guarantee these for 6 months after purchase.

Yes. Please email us with a photo of the item. We charge an $5 shipping fee for this service.

Yes, we do! The turn around time for custom pieces is about 3 weeks. Design fees may apply depending on intricacy. Please email us so we can answer your questions and help design something for you!

We like offering pieces at different price points so that everyone can afford something special but our
pricing is totally dependent on the intricacy/labor, metals and materials used.

For instance, our gold vermeil items are plated on sterling silver and coated with a thicker layer of 18k gold than our gold filled and plated pieces.

Most of our brass based items are plated with 14k gold and though it being an industry standard, brass is a more economic base metal to work with.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept payments with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and AfterPay.

We do not but we offer AfterPay which allows you to shop now, pay later in 4 interest free installments.

Covid 19

There are currently no disruptions to our operations at the moment. Though it may take longer for us to restock items that are currently out of stock.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.

Our order fulfillment specialists are routinely tested, provided with gloves, masks, and plenty of hand sanitizer to ensure maximum cleanliness. Do not worry, we're total germophobes here and your orders are packaged in a sterile space.

Yes but please only use bleach free cleaning solutions. Do not expose your delicate jewelry to any rough chemicals. A gentle hand soap should suffice. As far as we've tried and tested, sanitizer should be fine so long as it you dry off the item well afterwards.
