Change your mind? No problem! We accept returns for a refund within 30 days from delivery. Open a chat window or contact us with your order number, so we can get the process rolling for you!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as sale items, earrings (unless defective) and custom pieces.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted/clearance/sale items are final sale.
Items must be in original, unused condition and are subject to a 30% restocking fee if they are not.
Please note, due to regulations, we are unable to provide return shipping for international orders. See below for more information.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is eligible, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please check with your bank, credit card or Paypal to see if your refund has posted. This process usually takes no more than 7 business days after your return is received. If you’ve not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you'd like to exchange.
We offer free returns or exchanges on all Domestic orders. Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive a prepaid shipping label for you to use. Due to regulations, we are unable to create return labels for international orders and the customer will be responsible for purchasing their own return shipping.
